Candidate-reported interview process

There were 3 rounds in total, with 2 virtual and 1 in-person. It started with an initial chat with HR, then 2 virtual interviews with my future boss and their boss, plus two other leaders from different departments. The final round was an in-person meeting with the team I'd be leading and the head of the division.

The first call was a recruiter chat, it was pretty informative and felt friendly. They were cool about scheduling, giving me plenty of time and a good selection of time slots. Then, the second stage was a video call with two people from the hiring team.

I spoke with the VP of the division and the person whose job I was looking to take over. It was a really nice chat and we got along well. I got a pretty good feel for the company's vibe and some of the things I'd be doing.
