I had a few interviews before they made me an offer. It started with HR and then went to the team lead. They did a really good job of making sure I was a good culture fit. Everyone I talked to was super open to my questions and answered honestly and transparently.
It was a great interview process. I talked with the hiring manager, some other Account Executives, and the publisher. They were super thorough! You gotta admire a company that makes the interview such a long process.
I sent my resume through a job board and the Advertising Director contacted me in under 72 hours. We started with a phone interview. Then, about a week later, I had an in-person interview with the local publisher President and also met some of the current Account Executives. After that, I had another phone interview with the publisher President, and before that, I spoke with a third-party interviewer on the phone. Finally, I met them in person and they offered me the job. The whole thing took over 3 weeks because I was moving to the city soon, but they extended the offer.
