Candidate-reported interview process

This is a sales job, plain and simple, much like how pharmaceutical or business reps operate. The main objective is to hit a sales quota, which is different from financial aid roles at non-profit universities.

The interview process was pretty easy if you did your research beforehand. Questions are very similar to a typical job interview. Most questions are self-reflected and about what got you interested in this path.

An HR recruiter contacted me directly to arrange interview slots. These were promptly scheduled with the department's direct supervisor. A significant benefit of this hiring process was the flexibility it offered to accept teaching roles across various American Career College campuses.
