First, there was a phone screen. Then, I had an in-person interview where I met with three different groups, each with two people. These groups included someone junior, someone mid-level, and someone senior. They also gave me a quantitative test and a case study.
Got hired via a recruiting firm. I went through two interview rounds, meeting the same hiring manager both times. Apparently, the director was too busy for the second interview. It was mostly basic questions. The building itself was pretty modern and nice. The recruiting agency handled a lot of the communication and salary talks.
I had an initial interview on campus with two people. Then, I was invited to the company's office for further interviews. There, I interviewed with two groups of two people each, and also with the Director. The interviews were mainly about assessing my fit and knowledge.
