Candidate-reported interview process

Working with ACG involved a drawn-out procedure that started with a take-home assignment before an actual interview. The interview itself featured questions like "who is your role model". After it was all done, no feedback was given, which really shows the company culture.

The first interview was with HR. The second interview will be with project staff, but it hasn't happened yet. It seems like they interview people routinely, not because they have an urgent need, but to keep a pipeline full for when people leave.

The HR asked typical interview questions very rapidly, one after another. It was hard to really connect with them, and they didn't share any information about themselves. It felt like a string of questions about how I behave in a work setting. The HR was pleasant and approachable, though!
