We did a group interview where the candidates led the discussion while the hiring manager watched to see who would step up as a leader and show their moral compass. Then there was an individual interview where they asked basic questions about curbside appeal, customer service, experience, and personality.
Usually, it's a group interview setup. If there are lots of applicants, or if you make it through the group stage, you might then have an individual interview. The group interview normally involves an activity planned by the property management. The individual interview is just a standard Q&A.
You'll kick things off with a group interview with other people applying. If you do well, the manager will get in touch for a one-on-one chat. My advice is simple—just be yourself and stay confident. Good Luck!
