The interview process was straightforward, but I wish they had been upfront about how impersonal the work environment and the role itself can be. A major point about this company, and PACs generally, is that they often take advantage of individuals passionate about politics who believe they can effect change. While this is often not the case, and that's perfectly acceptable, if you're aiming for a career start that's positive and financially beneficial long-term, you might want to explore other options.
I went through one interview round and got rejected the next day. The process involved a writing test that was pretty straightforward. The actual interview mainly consisted of basic questions. It was a pretty typical process overall. I appreciated getting a quick response; they definitely move fast.
The whole thing had a phone screener first, then a written task, and finally a panel interview. The process was okay. I felt they could have been more upfront about the hiring timeline though. When they set up my last interview, they said they wanted to hire someone quickly, but then went silent for a few weeks.
