I was invited to apply. Interviewed online. The interviewers showed up fifteen minutes late to the interview. Was asked a couple simple technical and interpersonal questions. One of the interviewers was clearly not listening and when this was acknowledged, that person abruptly ended the interview. Very unprofessional.
We talked about my salary expectations in the first round. The manager was happy with my background and what I could contribute, and ended up making an offer. They offered a low amount and justified it by referencing my experience. I tried to negotiate professionally to the lowest end of our agreed range, but the offer was put on hold due to budget reasons. This all happened after they wanted me to start immediately, which put me in a tough spot with my current employment. It was a definite learning experience!
The HR team reached out to me about the interview. I went through 1 online interview and then 1 in-person interview. The whole process was super easy and clear. The office is gorgeous, by the way.
