Candidate-reported interview process

I applied in September 2024 and had one interview in October. The interview was pretty standard, but the interviewers were really into their time on Capitol Hill, and one was bothered I hadn't worked for a trade association. That was the end of the communication. I checked their site and saw they hired a Communications Coordinator, but I don't know if that role replaced the Press Secretary since they never got back to me.

First, I had an in-person interview. Then, a second round was done on Zoom and it was longer. It wasn't a bad experience overall. The second round involved talking with 5 different people for an hour and a half.

First I had a call with HR, then I met my direct supervisor and some other folks on the comms team. After that, I also got to chat with the CEO.
