I had a phone call first. The interview process spanned four weeks, and I was interviewed by two directors. It was a pretty relaxed process overall, just be yourself and align with AA's culture. The interview experience was good.
I got a promotion from store manager, so I interviewed with the DM. The best part is that they promote from within the company. It was a very relaxed interview where they asked questions about why I'd be a good fit for management, my past management and leadership experiences, why I want to grow with the company, what I know about the company, what skills I'd bring to the team, and how I'd handle employee conflicts.
It was a group interview with about 4-5 people. The questions were situational and easy. It was more conversational and relaxed. It was a straight forward to the point interview, like they were also trying to get to know you.
