Candidate-reported interview process

It was pretty straightforward. They just wanted me to be myself and answer questions honestly. The whole thing lasted around 15 to 30 minutes. I had to handle a situation, but it was a simple one, just about chest pain.

So I had this one phone interview and they got back to me pretty quickly after. It was quick and simple, nothing really weird, only 1 round which was great.

I applied online and then reached out to the hiring manager to set up an interview. It was a pretty simple process. They checked to make sure I was certified and asked about my motivation for becoming an EMT. Then, we mostly discussed the job details, like the shift schedule, training, and compensation/benefits.
