It was a long process to even get the interview. The interview itself was about 30 minutes and it was a panel interview with people I might end up working with to get different perspectives.
The interview process included a recruiter call, a technical screen, and an onsite interview. They asked a lot of questions about previous scenarios and presented scenario-based questions. The environment was very welcoming and overall it was a pleasant experience. Dress to impress, as they pay attention to appearance. Don't forget to prepare for typical interview questions like 'Tell me about yourself?' and 'Why American Ambulance?'.
The interview process was pretty straightforward. They wanted to know about my background and how it connects to customer service, and what I think customer service is all about. It was a panel interview with three people, a mix of upper management and current team members from the field.
