We did interviews on-campus for the first round. They then flew us out to their headquarters in Fort Worth, Texas for three more interviews in one day for the second round.
I had one phone interview, and then they flew me out for an all-day interview in DFW. It involved three tough interviews back-to-back, plus a case study. They intentionally made it intimidating by challenging every answer I gave.
The whole thing took a bit, from when I applied in July to getting an offer mid-October. My first phone chat was in September, and they flew me out for another interview that same month. Despite the drawn-out timeline, the process itself was pretty smooth. The people there were really nice and helpful, always keeping candidates in the loop about what was happening.
