First, I spoke with the hiring manager about basic expectations for the role. Then, I had a conversation with the VP of the hub. The whole process was really easy and straightforward, not difficult at all, and they were super helpful.
The interview process wasn't straightforward, it really focused on how you approach problems. They asked about assessing market trends, deciding on new services, and comparing the performance of different services.
There were 2 rounds in the interview process, with a total of 3 interviews, each lasting 30 minutes. All of them were behavioral in nature, but one included a mini case study. The final interview was typically with the manager of the team you'd be joining.
