Candidate-reported interview process

They asked me about my experience managing corporate accounts. Then we went over a bunch of scenarios about how to handle tough conversations or customer service problems related to travel. They also quizzed me on my knowledge of the industries my accounts would be in.

It was a 5 step process for a leadership role. It took 3 months to complete and I ended up getting the job. The interview was held at their main office in London. It was remote but HR did a good job organizing it.

The interview was easy, starting with a 30-minute phone interview, followed by an onsite interview that lasted 2 hours and included meeting the team. There was a one-on-one interview round on-site.
