Candidate-reported interview process
The interview process had 2 cycles. First was basic behavioral and aptitude. Second was a superday with the team and other team members. It was conversational with some math problems. Basic SAT or GRE level aptitude would be helpful. Explain your logic when solving.
They started by asking me about my resume. Then, for the second part, they gave me a case study where I had to figure out who flew the most. It would be good to get some practice reading charts for stuff like that.
I got an interview call from a recruiter after applying cold. Then there was a 45-minute hiring manager round with two interviewers. After that, I had an on-site interview which included 3 rounds with senior leadership, teammates, and managers. The interviews were a mix of behavioral questions and questions based on my resume. There was also a case study round with teammates to assess analytical thinking, where I noticed domain knowledge was quite important.
