Candidate-reported interview process

It was a friendly process. They asked questions about OR concepts, reviewed my resume and asked about various aspects of it. There was also a case study where I was asked to model it mathematically.

First, an online interview with behavioral questions. Then, an in-person interview at the AA campus with 3 panels for several hours, covering both behavioral and technical questions related to OR knowledge.

The process take so long. It is frustrating. And they usually ghost you after too many interviews. First they send you a lot of questions Then an interview And 2 other rounds of interviews
