Candidate-reported interview process

The first interview was a 30-minute online session that included typical behavioral questions and a straightforward coding problem. The second interview was held at the company's headquarters and involved interacting with other candidates. The interviewers were very pleasant.

It was kinda stressful for me, they threw some coding questions at me, and also this really interesting window washing question which I later found out was from Google's interview process. On top of that, they asked standard questions like 'Tell me about a time you demonstrated leadership'.

Two interviewers talked to 6 candidates at the same time. Each question was asked to all of us and we each answered individually. This was harder for the first person interviewed because the rest of us heard the answer and thought about our own response.
