Candidate-reported interview process

It was a panel interview with HR. The questions were pretty easy, and each person on the panel asked about 3 to 5 questions. Most of them were about how I'd handle specific situations that come up.

I met with 4 managers who interviewed me. They talked about the job they were interviewing for, what they do, and how long they've been with the company. They each asked me questions, and I told them about myself and my experience. My advice for everyone: walk in that room like you own it and be yourself. Answer the questions with confidence from your experience. Confidence and knowledge is the best medicine during a process like this.

Had a standard virtual interview with 3 managers. It was mostly behavioral questions, not much of a conversation. I felt good about it but waited over 2 weeks to hear back and didn't get selected.
