Candidate-reported interview process

So the interview process involved some culture fit and technical questions. There were two rounds of online interviews, and then one in-person interview. After they looked at my resume, the manager made the final decision in person based on some criteria.

I had an in-person interview for the second round. Three people interviewed me. They asked me situational and behavioral questions, and one case study question about how many luggage bags are checked in daily for American Airlines.

I got my interview set up through my school. Then I met with someone and they asked me some technical and behavioral questions. I had to write my answers on a whiteboard. They also asked about my background and my motivation for wanting to work there.
