Candidate-reported interview process

The interview was a bit tough. They focused a lot on finance questions instead of behavioral ones. It lasted about 30 minutes. It seemed like they were looking for people with good finance knowledge over people skills.

I applied online and didn't do any networking, but I got a first round interview. It was an online interview where they told me about the company and then asked me some behavioral questions and two general accounting questions.

First there was a phone interview, then an online one, and finally an in-person interview. If you make it far enough in the process, they'll fly you to Dallas. From the candidates who make it to Dallas, they'll select a few for the job.
