I interviewed for a Cargo Performance Analyst role. The first stage involved a conversation with a senior team member, covering mainly behavioral aspects alongside some technical queries. Following that, I had a second round with the hiring manager, which primarily focused on behavioral questions, with a few technical ones sprinkled in.
First, there was a phone call. Then I was invited to Dallas, TX for an in-person interview which included behavior and technical rounds. The manager was very arrogant and rude. It was a frustrating experience.
The recruiters were super nice and helpful. My first interview was with a senior analyst, and it was mostly behavioral and some scenario questions. Then I got an email saying I got to the final round which was at HQ. It had two 30-minute interviews with the manager and team, followed by an hour long skills test. The interview had a lot of tough scenario questions, especially if you don't know the aviation industry.
