It was in person. They had me do a presentation, and then we talked about the pay and job duties to make sure I was okay with them. Surprisingly, they didn't ask too many situational questions, just 3, so it wasn't super tough.
I applied online on February 10th and got an email to schedule an interview on February 12th. The interview was on February 19th and it was an onsite group interview. We had to do a 5-10 minute presentation and then we were broken into groups. They asked operational questions like if we can work weekends, nights, or holidays. Then, they only asked 3 questions. I got the offer and we did the onboarding. If you are clean and move fast on your pre-hire process, clearances should come in 3-4 days. But getting a start date takes a while because they wait for everyone to clear the onboarding and background check.
We were in a big conference room with like 30 other people, then we broke into smaller groups and went to a smaller room. My group had 4 candidates and 3 interviewers. Two of them asked us questions and the third just watched. They were really nice and tried to make us feel relaxed. They'd ask a question and everyone would answer. One interviewer was from HR and she was checking our body language and if we were being honest. Make sure to dress well and be yourself! Also, don't be late at all, or you're out.
