Applied, got an instant email saying I was moving forward. Then got a zoom interview confirmation. Since I was interviewing for my current station, it was a camera off interview. Was in interview with 2 other interviewees. Questions were mostly behavioral, based on categories from the 5 Pillars AA stands on: Caring, Collaboration, Development, Results, and Future. There was no real structure, the first person that spoke answered. Didn't feel professional enough.
It feels like they already have someone in mind for the role and just post the job description as a formality, without any real intention of considering internal candidates. The pay is 55k for what involves working extremely long shifts (18 hours) managing difficult airline situations, and there's very little flexibility regarding work hours.
After applying and getting the congratulations letter to move to the next step, start with a phone interview then a face-to-face meeting, which should be around 3-4 weeks. Most of the questions ask about behavior and how you can handle stressful situations.
