The interview had a few stages, with the last one being an in-person group interview. In this round, everyone was given a few minutes to answer a question, and then decisions were made on who would advance.
The interview took place at a hotel near the airport and everyone was really nice. You'll be split into groups of 4 or 5, and each group will be asked 4 or 5 interview questions. After the questions, there's a short wait to see who moves forward. If you get a job offer, be ready for same-day onboarding, which includes a drug test, background check, and fingerprints. Just be yourself, and good luck!
You'll do a group interview with 3-4 questions where you'll take turns answering. Then, the interviewers will leave the room to talk about it. After that, a talent advisor will come in and either call candidates to offer them the position, offer them another position within the company, or let them go.
