The interview process has 3 stages. It's not too technical, and I had a wonderful experience. Be well prepared. You should know the company background.
It was mostly behavioral questions with a couple of technical ones. The interview was a panel over Zoom and felt pretty conversational with a smooth flow. They seemed really interested in my education.
It was a physical, face-to-face interview. The reason for this in-person format is to allow the organization to learn more about my capabilities and to assess my fit with the company, understanding what I'm looking for and what the organization is about.
