First I did a typing test. Then there was another skills test, and finally an interview with 2 managers. It was pretty informal and I got offered the job on the spot.
The interview process was long and intense. I had a phone interview which was just a basic get to know you call. Then I had an in-person interview which was a panel style Q&A. A group of 4 people from different departments joined to ask all sorts of questions, from getting to know me to technical ones. This second interview lasted 2.5 hours and I met with 12 people. After that, I was invited for a third interview, which was also panel style and included get-to-know-you and technical questions. The very last part of it was a whiteboard test. This interview went on for another 2 hours, and I met 12 more people.
I talked with Sandra Blum the COO and she seemed pretty relaxed and honest. I was super nervous but she let me know it was okay and that we needed to have a good vibe to work together. After that I chilled out and the interview went smoothly.
