Applied in early November and had my first interview in mid-December. Was ultimately rejected at the end of February before the final round after completing an interview with the hiring manager, a timed written assessment, and an in-person interview with six different individuals from the team. Very kind people, but a consistent lack of communication throughout a very long process.
The first round was a 1.5 hour conversation. It began with 30 minutes with HR, and then the remaining hour was with the hiring manager of the department. The discussion was mostly behavioral, but included some questions specific to marketing roles.
They started with a phone screen with HR, then a one hour interview with the hiring manager, and finally a 1 hour interview with two team members. They called about a week later to offer me the job.
