Candidate-reported interview process

The process was quick and easy, and HR was great. I had three interviews: one with HR, one with the Hiring Manager, and one with the head of the department. I got the job offer solidified in just over a week.

It was what I expected for a company of this size and for a non-profit. The process was well-organized, and it was good to talk to a few people within the company.

It was very straightforward. The interviewers were nice and wanted to learn about my strengths, not my weaknesses. I had two phone interviews in total, one with HR and one with the manager. I had a good experience overall.
