I applied and within about two weeks, I got a call from HR. Then I had an interview with the person who manages this job. After that, I didn't hear back from anyone. I saw the job was posted again. Later, I got an automated email saying I didn't get the job.
A few days after I applied, I got an email to set up a phone interview, which I did for a few days later. The interview itself was pretty standard and went well, but I pretty much immediately got a generic rejection email. I got the impression they mainly hire people they already know or from within the company, and don't seem very inclusive or diverse, but given their mission, that's perhaps not surprising.
went through three interviews in the process of almost two months. First went throigh a phone interview with the talent aqusitions, then a zoom with the direct supervisor, then a group interview with other staff, I beleive there was a fourth interview for the final candidate with the operations.
