The process felt all over the place and not well organized. After I accepted the job, it wasn't what was described in the posting or during the interview. The job title on the posting didn't match the offer letter, and it wasn't the title I ended up with either. The people were nice and the organization seemed good, but I'm not sure they knew what they were looking for when they posted the job.
Sent my application in to HR and they screened it, then passed it to the hiring manager. The hiring manager and HR set up some in-person interviews. I met with the hiring manager and then her team. After they talked to other people, the hiring manager called me with an offer.
First, I talked to someone from HR, then the hiring manager interviewed me, and finally, there were panel interviews with other leaders who would work closely with the person in this role.
