Most hiring is done through a staffing agency. You'll meet with the recruitment team or directly with management from the hiring office. Onboarding is a bit all over the place. Sometimes they'll just onboard you, other times you might have to meet with the CEO for an interview.
The hiring process fell apart right at the very end. They didn't follow through on something they said they would do. It was really unprofessional and left a bad taste. I really hope they get better at talking to candidates.
The recruiter contacted me and my resume was passed on. I had an interview with HR and then a 30-minute panel interview over MS Teams. I was ghosted after the interview and when I asked the recruiter for feedback, they said they went with someone else and provided zero insight. Highly unprofessional.
