Candidate-reported interview process

I got a call to come in the next day for an interview that was about 5 minutes long. I got hired on the spot, which was great for my first job, as not many questions were asked or anything.

The interviewer from nestle was really friendly and nice. They explained the job description and details well. It was one of the best interviews I've had.

It was a really organized interview process. The managers were nice and tried to make me feel comfortable. After the interview, they let me tour the store to see how things work day-to-day. The regional manager and senior director are involved because they like to help their employees grow. It was a good time.
