It was a pretty standard interview process. Started with a phone screening, then I spoke with the hiring manager, some team members, and had a technical assessment. They mentioned it would take about 3 weeks to get a final decision, but after a month I hadn't heard back, so I followed up with both the hiring manager and the recruiter, but got no response.
About two weeks after I applied on LinkedIn, I got a call for a phone screening. I talked with a producer, and we discussed my TV and radio production background. I also asked her about the company culture and how she moved up in ATK.
So I had four interviews over a few weeks, and also a take-home data/analysis case study. Everyone I talked to was really nice and respectful. They let me know I didn't get the offer over the phone, which was a classy move and made ATK stand out. I already thought highly of ATK before, and I still do, even though I didn't get the job.
