It was a 4 step process, it included 3 interviews and a DISC assessment. I talked to a recruiter first, then the training manager over the phone, then the regional sales director on zoom. Finally, I had an executive interview over zoom with a few high level executives.
It was a bit of a long interview process, but since I was the first copywriter they ever hired, it made sense they'd want to be thorough. The questions were reasonable, and they asked for an assessment of their website as a writing sample, which seemed pretty reasonable to me.
I had a chat with the HR person, but we didn't move forward. She was really professional and let me know they decided to go with other candidates.
