Candidate-reported interview process

They schedule interviews based on your availability. They ask questions to see if you're skilled or willing to learn. The team is young, but a good personality and weekend availability can help you get the job.

It was a group interview to show everyone's personality. We did improvisation and games in small groups. It was definitely designed to show who would be able to keep up in a very upbeat, fun environment. There were plenty of positions available that didn't require a bubbly personality, but those who stood out were chosen for cashier and part host roles.

I applied online and then the Assistant Director of the store called me two days later to set up an interview for the very next day. After that, I was offered the job.
