Candidate-reported interview process

They really want experience under your belt. They’re looking for out of college; so that they are able to train them in the way they do business. It was very friendly from the get go.

I got a call and we set up an interview, it was a simple process. We scheduled and I met with the general manager. My resume was sent via the internet and reviewed before they called me. I met them at the local office.

I went through a couple interviews and some personality tests to get the job. They really care about personality over anything else. Having a degree in construction is a plus too. The whole interview process was a great experience.
