The interview process started with a phone screening, followed by an in-person interview, an aptitude test, and finally a background check. The team seemed supportive and aimed to help candidates succeed. The aptitude test was straightforward, including some math questions. The job offer provided was competitive and in the mid-range of what was expected.
The interview process was formal but very fast, and I received a response quickly. The branch manager interviewed me, so it really depends on the manager you get to talk to. It was a pleasant experience overall, and I enjoyed working for the company.
Got a quick call from a recruiter, not really a scheduled interview, just a few questions. It was about 10-15 min. Then, I was asked to come in for an in-person interview. Before that, I had to fill out a form asking for my SSN and where I've lived for the past 7 years. The interviewers were really nice and friendly, and the interview itself was about 30 min.
