It was a pretty chill process. The questions were easy, mostly behavioral. I had a one-on-one chat with the manager at their downtown office. They mainly asked about me, my career goals, and why I'm interested in this company.
The interview was pretty easy. First, there was a 15-minute presentation about the company and an explanation of the process. Then, we were divided into a group of 10 people. Each person had five minutes to give a brief overview of their background and explain why they want to work as a tutor.
The process was really simple. Mostly they wanted to check my experience, if I could commit consistent time, and my personality. They asked why I wanted to work with kids.
