I had a recruiter phone screen and then an interview with my manager. Both chats were pretty laid-back. I also asked to visit the office. The whole thing took about two weeks.
The interview process wasn't too difficult. It started with a phone screening, followed by a virtual interview on Teams, and then a face-to-face meeting with the team. I really liked meeting the team; they seemed like great people! However, the last round, where I met them individually, made me feel nervous and worn out. The first two interviews went smoothly, but the final one really got to me. The job was appealing, but I think they were looking for someone who wouldn't seek much change.
The interview process had two stages. First, I had an HR phone call, and then I had a face-to-face interview with the hiring manager. The whole thing took about 2 weeks.
