Candidate-reported interview process

I talked to a recruiter at a school event, then applied online. After that, I went to an online seminar about the company and internships, which had great advice. I stayed in touch with the recruiter from the event, and about a month later, I had a short interview online. Not too long after that, maybe a month and a half, I got an offer.

The interview process was three rounds and took about a month to complete. It started with a phone screen with HR, followed by a behavioral interview with the hiring manager and team members. The final round was an interview with the Director to assess cultural fit.

I met with 3 interviewers who seemed genuinely interested in my background and responses. It was a relaxed setting, but the questions were serious. The difficulty was about average. I got the offer right after the initial behavioral interviews.
