The interview process was really laid-back and conversational. They used the STAR method for questioning. They asked a couple of technical questions, but for an associate role, they were pretty basic. Overall, it was a good experience.
I had a phone interview about two weeks after I applied, which was mostly about me. Then, I had a Microsoft Teams interview with three managers: the one for the role I applied to and two from different locations. They each asked 1-2 behavioral questions using the STAR method, and then one technical question at the end about how electricity gets to homes. There was a big gap between my phone interview and the offer, so don't freak out if you don't hear back for a while.
It wasn't too hard. It was helpful having good people interviewing me. They asked the basic STAR method questions and there was no follow up interview, but I got the job. It did take a long time for them to get back to me after I initially applied though.
