Candidate-reported interview process

It was two rounds, each round was about 15 minutes. I first met with someone from the legal department. They asked me some basic behavioral questions like introducing myself and talking about my experience in my current role. The next round, I met with the head of the finance department. They asked me some technical questions and about details of my projects.

The interview process is still ongoing. I've had 2 interviews so far and I'm waiting for the 3rd one. The questions were pretty straightforward. The facilities were nice, the format was open, and the conversation was dynamic. The staff had an interesting multicultural background and were friendly.

I applied online and had a phone interview. The interviewer was really rude and kept cutting me off, so I'm glad I didn't get the job because she would have been my boss. Her position must have gone to her head.
