Candidate-reported interview process

It was a pretty quick and easy process, first a recruiter screen and then a panel interview. The panel covered both behavioral and technical stuff. The recruiter and interviewers were all really professional.

It was pretty much a rundown of my resume, with some basic questions about my experience and the engineering choices I made. They also asked some technical questions about specific FEA software like ANSYS, FEMAP, and Nastran. For the test branch team I was interviewing with, they had me share my screen to walk through my CAD and FEA work.

It was a relaxed setting, mainly one interviewer but also asked some more complex questions from another senior level engineer. Main technical questions were centered around C/C++, OOP, pointer logic, memory management, etc.
