It was a simple and straightforward process since I was referred in by someone I worked with. HR screening, then hiring manager and senior executive interviews. Everyone was really nice and the whole thing was very straightforward. Great experience.
The interview process involved meeting with the team. We discussed the company, the specifics of the role, and what a typical month's work week would entail. This provided a good preview before the actual interview and helped to relax the atmosphere. It felt like a space where you could be yourself.
The first interview was pretty laid-back, mostly about what the company needs and if I'd be a good fit for what they're looking for, and if it matches my own hopes and plans. We also chatted about my hobbies outside of work and how they fit into my life.
