Amec Foster Wheeler Software Engineer interviews, decoded.

I had three interviews over a 2-month span. I spoke with technical directors who were really friendly and put me at ease within the first 10 minutes. The interviews started by digging into my experience in my current role, focusing on what I do and how I do it.

Met up at the school's campus. It was a really bad experience because they weren't ready and didn't even know what to ask. One interviewer was kind of rude and seemed like they just wanted to finish the interview, and also had trouble speaking English.

The previous office admin gave their two weeks' notice on a Monday. By that Thursday, I had an interview lined up through a temp agency. The very next day, Friday, I got the call saying they wanted to hire me. The following Monday morning, I headed to the temp agency for a drug test, and an hour later, I started my temp role.
