We had a group interview in the morning where we all had to present ourselves and then play a team game. In the afternoon, it was individual interviews, which weren't technical, just to understand your goals.

The interview process was very easy. The interview was performed by the discipline manager and chief engineer. We talked about previous experience followed by a number of technical questions. There was also an interview held by Human Resources which was quite very thorough and and touched on some other other aspects as

After submitting an online application, I had an interview at their office in Aberdeen or London, depending on where I preferred to be based. This was followed by an assessment centre. AMEC covered my travel and accommodation costs. The interviewers were nice and welcoming, and it was an excellent experience with an exciting company to start a career at.
