We had a one-on-one with HR and the Discipline Manager, then the second stage was an assessment centre with lots of other candidates from all over the world. There were 10 of us going for just a couple of spots in the company.
The first step was a 2-hour interview with the engineering manager, lead process engineer, and a process engineer. Everyone on the staff was really nice and happy to answer anything I asked. I left feeling like it's a good place to work.
It was for a graduate position. First, I had a face-to-face chat with the hiring manager and an HR person. It wasn't very technical, mostly about my past experience and what I'd done. They asked a lot about how I work with people. Then, there was a two-day assessment centre, which also focused on people skills more than technical stuff.
