Started with a recruiter call for a personal interview at the company. Then had a 1:1 where my technical knowledge was tested. The interviewer explained company details, HR, and leave policies. They asked about my expected CTC and how negotiable it is. The people in the organization were friendly and helpful. No issues with moving forward. A group/panel interview evaluated my managerial skills and ability to perform under pressure.
The interview process was good with the typical questions. The interviewer made me feel really comfortable, and it was more like a chat than a tough interview. It was supposed to be two parts, but after the first one, they called me to offer me the job, so I did not have to do the second interview.
I had phone interviews and then one in-person interview. The interviewers were really enthusiastic and made me feel good about the company and the job. They were very accommodating. None of the interviews were difficult; they were more like conversations. I had a few interviews with people at my level and two interviews with the hiring manager.
