Candidate-reported interview process

The process was really simple. We started with a phone screening and then had an in-person interview. I got an offer about a week after that. Everyone I met was super nice and welcoming throughout the whole thing.

I had a really nice phone chat for about 30 minutes. We mostly talked about the experience and projects on my resume. It wasn't super hard, but they mentioned over 250 people applied. Even though I didn't get to show them what I could do because they hired someone before any technical interviews, my whole process was just an HR phone round.

The interview was very casual and simple, with a friendly interviewer. The ease of the interview might vary depending on the specific role, but for the materials tech position I interviewed for, it was very straightforward. It's a great entry-level job, and you'll enjoy the people there!
